who built them. We begin with a site audit to understand the codebase before committing to a maintenance
scope.
How quickly do you turn around content update requests?
Standard content updates (text, images, links) are completed within 24 business hours.
Urgent requests — broken functionality, payment failures, site downtime — are treated as priority and
addressed within 2–4 hours during business hours.
Is there a minimum contract period?
We ask for a 3-month minimum to allow proper onboarding and to build a baseline
understanding of your site. After that, plans are month-to-month with 30 days notice to cancel. No
lock-in.
What if I need a larger feature built — not just maintenance?
Larger feature work is quoted separately as a one-off project. Maintenance clients get
priority scheduling and preferred rates. We scope it, agree a fixed price, and deliver — no ambiguous
retainer hours that run out mid-task.
