Your Rankings Stay Intact

The most common fear with platform migrations is an SEO cliff-drop after launch day. It happens — but only when migrations are done carelessly. Our process is built around zero ranking loss.

Before a single redirect is written, we crawl your existing site with Screaming Frog, export every URL and its metadata, and build a complete mapping spreadsheet. Every page that ranks gets a 1:1 destination in Webflow.

We replicate your meta titles, descriptions, H-tag hierarchy, image alt attributes, internal linking structure, canonical tags, and JSON-LD structured data. Your XML sitemap is regenerated and submitted to Google Search Console on launch day.

Post-launch, we monitor Google Search Console for 30 days to catch and fix any crawl errors or unexpected ranking movements before they compound.

FAQ

Webflow Migration — Common Questions

Will I lose my Google rankings when migrating to Webflow?
Not if the migration is done properly. Our process begins with a full URL audit, builds a complete 301 redirect map, and replicates all SEO metadata before a single change goes live. We've migrated sites with 10+ years of ranking history and maintained rankings across the transition.
Will my site go offline during the migration?
No. We build the new Webflow site entirely on a staging subdomain while your existing site stays live. The DNS cutover — typically less than 5 minutes — only happens after you've approved the full build on staging. Downtime is effectively zero.
Can you migrate my WordPress blog posts into Webflow CMS?
Yes. We export your WordPress blog content (post title, body, slug, featured image, categories, tags, and publish date) and import it into a structured Webflow CMS collection. All post URLs are either preserved or redirected, and images are re-hosted on Webflow's CDN.
Do you redesign the site during migration or keep the current design?
Both options are available. A straight content-and-SEO migration keeps your existing design and rebuilds it in Webflow. A migration-with-redesign project adds a new Figma design phase before development. We'll quote both options so you can decide what makes sense for your goals and budget.
